Helium Floating Guidelines

There are various factors that can affect the floating time of a helium balloon. Dazzle & Delight use high float in all latex balloons to help prolong their float time - we do not charge extra for this!

The following are approximate guidelines for helium balloon float time

• Standard size latex balloons – up to 3 days but they will shrink in size overnight

• Personalised jumbo latex balloon – up to 2 weeks

  (Text may become wrinkled - you can easily smooth this out.)

• Personalised foil orb – up to 2 weeks

• Personalised bubble balloon – up to 2 weeks

  (Text may become wrinkled - you can easily smooth this out.)

• Personalised clear balloon – up to 2 weeks

  (Text may become wrinkled - you can easily smooth this out.)

• Giant number balloons – up to 2 weeks

To achieve these float times balloons must be kept indoors, in an ambient

temperature. Air conditioning and heating will affect float time.

Please remember that these are estimates based on typical indoor conditions.

Float times will be shorter outdoors.

Float times vary greatly based on factors such as latex quality, humidity, temperature,

altitude, etc. Balloons typically float for half as long in hot, humid weather
