T & C’s

  • A minimum of 72 hours is required to order our balloons.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the date that you have balloons booked.

  • Should COVID restrictions effect your event or celebration going ahead, you are able to postpone free of charge, and select a new date, subject to availability. If you decide to completely cancel your booking the non-refundable deposit rule will apply.

  • To get the best out of your balloons, keep them in an ambient temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from sharp or rough objects, including pets.

  • Foil balloons need to have a consistent temperature so that they won’t be shocked and damaged by temperature fluctuations.

  • We are members of PEBA (Pro Environment Balloon Alliance) and by purchasing balloons from us you agree to not release helium balloons outdoors and to dispose of balloons responsibly. We happily recycle any balloons you can no longer use on your behalf.

  • To remove the risk of injury, always use a balloon pump and NEVER inhale helium.

  • Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard - please supervise young children.

  • Balloons made of natural rubber latex may cause a reaction in those with latex allergies. We use professional styling balloons made of latex. By purchasing balloons from us, you take full responsibility to ensure all of those coming into contact with the balloons do not have a latex allergy.

  • Dirt and pet hair can gather onto the balloons after styling is complete. It is your responsibility to ensure the area remains free from dirt and pet hair as it can stick to balloons and affect their appearance in photos.

  • Please be aware that we occasionally use water weights in balloon displays and arrangements. Our work is all hand made. When discarding your balloon decor, remember to carefully disassemble and avoid any inconvenience with water. Water and electricity do not mix and may cause harm or death.

  • The metallic coating of a foil balloon conducts electricity and when released outdoors, poses a risk to the electric system. NEVER release or keep balloons near electrical power lines and high voltage equipment.

Delivery T & C’s

* We give hourly time slots for delivery and will aim to deliver promptly within that time. Occasionally however, we do experience delays due to measures beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you of these, should they occur.

**Balloons will be left in a safe place unless you specify otherwise when ordering,.  It is always best to check the recipient will be home when ordering as we don’t recommend leaving the balloons outside. Dazzle & Delight do not accept any responsibility for damage that may occur to balloons left unattended. Second attempt deliveries can be organised. Alternatively, collection is available.

*** Should you wish to collect your balloons, please keep the inside of your car at an ambient temperature. Also, clear the area of any sharp objects or any items which could cause unnecessary popping of the balloons. Once possession of the balloons has been taken, Dazzle & Delight cannot exchange or replace these for you.

**** Please do not leave the balloons in the car as temperature fluctuations will affect them.

*****Collection is free from Newport 4020.  Flexible time slots are available.

****** When delivering balloons, they will be stored safely for transportation.  Occasionally balloons may also be delivered in a large balloon bag – we are happy to recycle this for you.  Should you wish to keep it, please recycle responsibly.

 Contact-free deliveries are available should they be required – please let us know when placing your order.
